Our brittles are light and crunchy, not too sweet and not too sticky. 

We make each batch in a copper kettle, made extra thin. Then poured out on a marble slab and stretched by hand, the old fashioned way.

Choose classic Peanut Brittle, Southern Pecan Brittle, or sophisticated Cashew Brittle.
