On Leap Day, 1992, we opened our doors on Decatur Street with a humble idea: make candy the old-fashioned way, by hand, in small batches, every day.

No shortcuts, no shelf-stable options with preservatives - just real ingredients and the trusted, slow craft that's been used for generations. What started as one shop in the French Quarter has grown into three locations across New Orleans, and an online store that ships our candy anywhere in the U.S. - to your front porch, your best friend's work, or your family's kitchen table three states away. 

Fast forward to today, some things about us haven't changed. Our hand made candies are still made fresh daily. We still offer delicious samples in our stores, because our Award-Winning candy is best shared. And we still believe the best gift you can send is a little taste of our beloved New Orleans.
