Tortues (tor-tooz) - the French word for turtles. Our fresh, gourmet caramel is truly a showstopper, especially when paired with chocolate and pecans! Our Tortues are made from scratch in small batches, using only fresh ingredients. Smooth caramel is poured onto crunchy pecan pieces and then topped with rich, velvety chocolate.

Available in milk, dark, or white chocolate, no chocolate or double dipped for twice the chocolate. For a sophisticated twist, try our sea salted version. Pecans not your thing? We've got you covered! We also make them with cashews, peanuts, or no nuts at all.
