The quintessential New Orleans confection. We really do make the best pralines, using only the freshest cream, butter, sugar and premium Louisiana jumbo pecan halves. Each individual praline is hand-scooped, cooled on a marble slab the old-fashioned way, then individually sealed to ship the day they're made. We invite comparison with any praline, anywhere. Choose from original creamy, chocolate, rum, peanut butter, coconut, cinnamon, sweet potato, or assorted. 10-12 pieces per pound.
